324 messianic prophecies, fulfilled by Jesus!
The Baptist preachers, the light of truth glowing in their eyes, give us not a hundred, not two hundred, not three hundred, not four hundred, but three hundred and twenty four (!) “messianic prophecies”, which are allegedly fulfilled by JC. Which rational thinking human being can deny the messiahship of JC when he is confronted with three hundred and twenty four messianic prophecies, fulfilled by JC? Why is it that those blinded, stiff-necked, stubborn Jews keep on refusing to accept a few extra Gods? Let’s face it: If one God is good, than two gods is twice as good, and three gods, the Father, the son & the holy ghost, is three times as good. Why settle for one when you can have three for the price of one?
Maybe the answer to these burning questions lays in the fact that some people actually bother to read those “prophecies”. Let us take a look at the “messianic prophecies”, presented to us by the honest, God fearing, truth loving, Baptists. The prophecies can be accessed through the homepage of the “Hope of Israel Baptist mission”, to be found here: Look under the heading “prophecy”, there you’ll find “324 messianic prophecies”.
The first one they start off with:
“Gen. 3:15…..He will bruise Satan’s head…..Heb. 2:14, 1 Jn. 3:18″
The claim is that the following verses are a messianic prophecy: “The LORD God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, cursed are you above all cattle, and above all wild animals; upon your belly you shall go, and dust you shall eat all the days of your life. I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel.” The fact of the matter is that nowhere here is spoken about a messiah, nowhere does it speak about a king or a ruler like it does in the genuine messianic prophecies, here is not spoken about a descendant of David or his father Jesse, the word “messiah” is not used here, there is not spoken here about a redeemer who is going to save the whole world from its sins; those things only exist in the minds of brainwashed Christians when they read this text. The only thing this text says is that there will be enmity between the seed of the woman and the seed of the snake. What is the seed of the woman? All mankind. What is the seed of the snake? Many more snakes. “he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel.” That means; men shall kill snakes, and snakes will bite men in the legs. That is all this text says. But even according the Christian understanding there is a big problem. Christianity claims that the snake is the devil, and the seed of the woman is supposed to be JC, who came to crush the head of the serpent. But we see that AFTER the death of JC, as it is written in I Peter 5:8, that the devil is going round like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour. So unless somebody wants to say that the devil is going round with a crushed head, looking who he can devour, this prophecy is NOT fulfilled. So if you really want to see this as a messianic prophecy, then you can add another one to the unfulfilled messianic prophecies.
Here is the next jewel that the Baptists come up with:
Gen. 5:24….The bodily ascension to heaven illustrated….Mk. 6:19
Look what is written in Genesis 5:24: “Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him.” Yes, this is correct. This is quoted by the truth loving, straight forward, honest Baptist preachers, as a messianic prophecy that is supposed to prove that JC was the messiah. Now you might start to understand why there are millions and millions of people who do believe in the Hebrew Bible, but who don’t believe that JC was the messiah. When you have to quote verses as these in order to “prove” that JC was the messiah, then that is a very strong proof that there is something terribly wrong with your theology.
Next messianic prophecy to prove that JC was the messiah:
Gen. 9:26,27…The God of Shem will be the Son of Shem…Lu. 3:36
Here it is, Noah is speaking here: “He also said, “Blessed by the LORD my God be Shem; and let Canaan be his slave. God enlarge Japheth, and let him dwell in the tents of Shem; and let Canaan be his slave.”
According to the Baptists, not only is this a messianic prophecy, but it also says that ‘The God of Shem will be the Son of Shem.’ Does anybody see anything like that in the text? An honest mistake of the honest Baptist? When you look at the frequency of these “honest mistakes”, that is a little hard to believe. A not so honest mistake maybe? Read on and draw your own conclusions.
Another beauty:
Gen. 12:7…The Promise made to Abraham’s Seed…Gal. 3:16
Genesis 12:7 “Then the LORD appeared to Abram, and said, “To your descendants I will give this land.” So he built there an altar to the LORD, who had appeared to him.”
Another high grade “messianic prophecy”. Everybody who cannot see that this proves the messiahship of JC must be totally blinded. How on earth is it possible that there are people who do NOT believe that JC was the messiah?
Gen. 14:18…A priest after Melchizedek…Heb. 6:20
Genesis 14:18 “And Mel-chiz’edek king of Salem brought out bread and wine; he was priest of God Most High.” Is this a messianic prophecy? No! This is THREE messianic prophecies! We have here not one, but three proves that JC was the messiah. That is, according to the honest God fearing Baptists. Anybody sees JC in this text? This speaks about the interaction of Abraham with an ancient priest. No prophecy about a future messiah. Another honest mistake? Or a dishonest one?
This selfsame text is also used for the following two “messianic prophecies”
Gen. 14:18……..A King also……..Heb. 7:2
Gen. 14:18…The Last Supper foreshadowed…Mt. 26:26-29
A king also? What does that mean: “Also”? Was JC ever a king? If we have to believe the NT then he never made it any further than a wandering preacher and a miracle healer. Having a sign nailed above your head when you are executed that mockingly says: ‘King of the Jews’ does not exactly make you a king. It takes a little bit more than that.
From the fact that here is spoken about bread and wine the Baptist conclude that this must be a prophecy pointing forward to the last supper. Isn’t that logical? Why else would bread and wine be brought to Abraham? Of course not for trivial reasons like Abraham being hungry and thirsty. It’s obvious that Melchizedek bringing bread and wine to Abraham proofs that JC was the messiah. Why can’t those stubborn Jews see that?
Gen. 22:8…The Lamb of God promised…Jn. 1:29
Genesis 22:8 “Abraham said, “God will provide himself the lamb for a burnt offering, my son.” So they went both of them together.” This is the offering of Isaac on mount Moriah. God did provide a lamb to be burnt as a sacrifice in stead of Isaac. Again, no messiah mentioned here, what the Baptists do here is take a text, doesn’t matter what it is talking about, and say that it is a messianic prophecy. You have to be brain dead in order to accept this as a messianic prophecy.
Here is an interesting verse that provides the Baptist with five messianic prophecies:
Gen. 49:10…The time of His coming…Lu. 2:1-7; Gal. 4:4
Gen. 49:10…….The Seed of Judah…….Lu. 3:33
Gen. 49:10……Called Shiloh or One Sent……Jn. 17:3
Gen. 49:10…To come before Judah lost identity…Jn. 11:47-52
Gen. 49:10…To Him shall the obedience of the people be…Jn. 10:16
This is refreshing in the sense that this verse does speak about the messiah. By the way, the “recycling” of verses that the Baptists are doing, is one reason why they make it to 324. Here is one verse which, according to the Baptist counting, stands for five messianic prophecies. Other verses account for as many as eight prophecies. But even with this technique they are forced to add verses which have no bearing on the messiah whatsoever, as shown before.
Genesis 49:10 “ The scepter shall not depart from Judah, not a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh comes; and to Him shall be the obedience of the people.”
Christianity sees here “the time of his coming”. The time period in which this prophecy will be fulfilled is clearly given here in Genesis 49. Look in verse 1; “And Jacob called his sons and said, “Gather together, that I may tell you what shall befall you in the last days:” Jacob was telling his sons what would befall them in the end of days. (end of days according to Youngs literal, and in this case correct, translation)
2000 years ago we were obviously not in the last days or end of days. Therefore the messiah could not have come then. Some Christians use the term “the scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet until Shilo comes” to prove that the messiah must have come before Judah lost the kingship with the destruction of the second Temple. However, they forget that the first Jewish king, Shaul, was from the tribe of Benjamin. They forget that during the Babylonian exile after the destruction of the first Temple there was no Jewish king; long before JC the scepter was lost for Judah. So that Christian theory doesn’t make any sense.
He must be from the seed of Judah. Right. The messiah will be a descendant of King David. King David was a descendant of Judah. Judah was a descendant of Israel. (Jacob) Israel was a descendant of Isaac. Isaac was a descendant of Abraham. So the messiah is going to be a descendant of all of these. Also him descending from all of the above is brought by the Baptists as messianic prophecies fulfilled by JC. But there is an enormous problem here: JC was NOT a descendant of King David, and therefore automatically disqualified from being the messiah. Whether or not somebody is a descendant from the tribe of Judah, or from King David, goes through the male line. Therefore the NT gives two totally different, contradicting genealogies, proving that Joseph, the husband of Mary, was a descendant of King David. See Matthew 1 and Luke 3. But even if you believe one of those genealogies, they are useless, because they give the genealogy of Joseph, who was NOT the father of JC. The holy ghost is supposed to be the father of JC. So unless anybody wants to say that the holy ghost was a descendant of King David, JC was not in the male line a descendant of David, and is therefore disqualified from being the messiah.
Called Shiloh or One Sent. Shilo does not mean “the one sent”. Out goes this “messianic prophecy”.
To come before Judah lost identity. In that case he should have come before the destruction of the first Temple. Then already Judah lost its autonomy and was exiled to a foreign country.
To Him shall the obedience of the people be. Are you being obeyed when you are nailed to a cross? Did any nation ever obey him? Does the world now obey him? Also this is an unfulfilled prophecy.
Ex. 3:13,14……..The Great “I Am”…….Jn. 4:26
Exodus 3:13-14 “Then Moses said to God, “If I come to the people of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ what shall I say to them?” God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And he said, “Say this to the people of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.'”
Another case of Baptist deceit. This is God speaking to Moses. Nowhere here is anything that points to a messiah. Just one text taken and presented as a messianic prophecy. There are many, many more like this. So far I didn’t do any “cherry picking”, I started at the beginning and worked my way down the list. But I don’t have time to go over all of them, I’ll give a few more random examples from the list:
Ruth 4:4-9…Christ, our kinsman, has redeemed us…Eph. 1:3-7
Ruth 4:4-9 “So I thought I would tell you of it, and say, Buy it in the presence of those sitting here, and in the presence of the elders of my people. If you will redeem it, redeem it; but if you will not, tell me, that I may know, for there is no one besides you to redeem it, and I come after you.” And he said, “I will redeem it.” Then Bo’az said, “The day you buy the field from the hand of Na’omi, you are also buying Ruth the Moabitess, the widow of the dead, in order to restore the name of the dead to his inheritance.” Then the next of kin said, “I cannot redeem it for myself, lest I impair my own inheritance. Take my right of redemption yourself, for I cannot redeem it.” Now this was the custom in former times in Israel concerning redeeming and exchanging: to confirm a transaction, the one drew off his sandal and gave it to the other, and this was the manner of attesting in Israel. So when the next of kin said to Bo’az, “Buy it for yourself,” he drew off his sandal. Then Bo’az said to the elders and all the people, “You are witnesses this day that I have bought from the hand of Na’omi all that belonged to Elim’elech and all that belonged to Chil’ion and to Mahlon.”
Another “messianic prophecy” of the Baptists. Also this has no bearing on the messiah whatsoever.
Lev.14:11..The leper cleansed-Sign to priesthood..Lu.5:12-14; Acts 6:7
“And the priest who cleanses him shall set the man who is to be cleansed and these things before the LORD, at the door of the tent of meeting.” Lev 14:11
Another “messianic prophecy” of the Baptists. Also this has no bearing on the messiah whatsoever.
Lev.23:36-37…The Drink-offering: “If any man thirst.” ..Jn. 19:31-36
“Seven days you shall present offerings by fire to the LORD; on the eighth day you shall hold a holy convocation and present an offering by fire to the LORD; it is a solemn assembly; you shall do no laborious work. These are the appointed feasts of the LORD, which you shall proclaim as times of holy convocation, for presenting to the LORD offerings by fire, burnt offerings and cereal offerings, sacrifices and drink offerings, each on its proper day;” Lev 23:36-37
Also this is totally ludicrous to bring as a “messianic prophecy”.
2 Ki. 2:11…The bodily ascension to heaven illustrated…Lu. 24:51
“And as they still went on and talked, behold, a chariot of fire and horses of fire separated the two of them. And Eli’jah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.” II Kings 2:11
It’ll be clear by now what Christianity is doing: They take a piece of text, doesn’t matter what it is talking about, rip it out of context, and present it to us as a messianic prophecy.
Why do they do this? If it is very clear and obvious that JC is the messiah, then why bother to lie and cheat about it?
It’s obvious that Christianity is at a loss to show that JC is the messiah.
One more to finish it off:
Psa. 40:2-5…The joy of His resurrection predicted…Jn. 20:20
Psalm 40:1-5 “To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. I waited patiently for the LORD; he inclined to me and heard my cry. He drew me up from the desolate pit, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the LORD. Blessed is the man who makes the LORD his trust, who does not turn to the proud, to those who go astray after false gods! Thou hast multiplied, O LORD my God, thy wondrous deeds and thy thoughts toward us; none can compare with thee! Were I to proclaim and tell of them, they would be more than can be numbered.”
This Psalm, in which David talks about himself, is presented as a messianic prophecy. Not hindered by the fact that the Psalms are not prophetic writings, not hindered by the fact that King David spoke in the past tense, about a thousand years before JC was around; this is, according to the straight, God fearing Baptists, a messianic prophecy. You want some more proof that this Psalm speaks about King David and not about a future messiah? Read verse 12: “For evils have encompassed me without number; my iniquities have overtaken me, till I cannot see; they are more than the hairs of my head; my heart fails me.” “My iniquities have overtaken me”. Since when had the “sinless” JC iniquities?
Psa. 69:4…Hated without a cause…Jn. 15:25

Psa. 69:9…Zealous for the Lord’s House…Jn. 2:17
Psa. 69:14-20…Messiah’s anguish of soul before crucifixion…Mt. 26:36-45
Psa. 69:20…”My soul is exceeding sorrowful.”…Mt. 26:38
Psa. 69:21…Given vinegar in thirst…Mt. 27:34
Psa. 69:26…The Saviour given and smitten by God…Jn. 17:4; 18:11
Here we have Psalm 69, good for seven “messianic prophecies”.
Let’s now look at Psalm 69 inside: “Those who hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of my head; They are mighty who would destroy me, being my enemies wrongfully; though I have stolen nothing, I still must restore it. O God, You know my foolishness; and my sins are not hidden from You.” Verse 4 and 5.
Here we see that this speaks about a person with “foolishness” and sins. And since JC was without sins according to the Christians, it is impossible to say that this speaks about JC. It speaks of course about king David. So again, what the Christians do is they take a piece of text, doesn’t matter what it is talking about, rip it out of context, and present it to us as a messianic prophecy.
As everybody can see by now, this is not “324 messianic prophecies fulfilled by JC”, this is “324 lies of the Baptists”. And according to their homepage, it is for them a divine commandment to reach out to the Jewish people and shove these lies down their throat, until they accept upon themselves a few extra gods and/or a God forsaken, extra-Biblical “trinity”, that flies right in the face of what God wrote in the Torah: Hear Israel, Y-H-W-H is our God, Y-H-W-H is ONE!” Deuteronomy 6:4
How come they get away with this crap so long? They simply don’t expect anybody to sit down and check out these 324 texts. As you see, when you do check it out, it turns out to be lies and idiocy. The Jews for Jesus had until recently also 300 messianic prophecies on their site, but they must have seen a glimmer of light, because when you go to their site now, there are only a handful messianic prophecies left. All of them of course NOT fulfilled by JC, something they try to cover up by quoting only a very small part of the prophecy. The facts are very clear and simple: There are no 300 messianic prophecies. And the authentic messianic prophecies are NOT fulfilled by JC.
